Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga Is a deeply grounding style of yoga. Holding poses for several minutes at a time while focusing on the breath. Encouraging a state of calmness within the mind and the body. 

Yin improves and enhances flexibility and joint mobility. Holding these poses stimulates and removes blockages in the myofascial meridians (the energy systems) bringing balance to the organs in the body. Working deeply with connective tissues like fascia, tendons and ligaments. 

Yin practice also improves mental clarity, concentration and emotional stability. Helping to relieve stress, anxiety, overthinking and feeling overwhelmed.

"For me a Yin Yoga session is my therapy, its my weekly supervision, to ground and take time to check in with myself. It brings be back, it helps me to connect, to stretch my mind and body, to reset". 

My aim is to offer a space where you can simply be, a space to reconnect, to reset, and to do what feels good.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa flow for the soul..

In my classes we flow with intention, we breathe with awarness, we honour the body and we smile.

We start with a gentle vinyasa flow, focusing on breath, detox, flexability, balance and strength. 
We then hold with Yin postures for a deeper stretch, and close with a beautiful mediation. 

This class 1 hour beautiful and perfect for all levels, you dont need to be experienced or flexible, just willing to show up. 

Thats where transformation begins 

My aim is to offer a space to reconnect, to reset, and to do what feels good.

Yoga for Beginners
Beginners yoga is an indroductory style of yoga that focuses on the foundational poses, alignment and breath. These class are designed to be accessable, gentle and welcoming. 

Beginners yoga is safe and supportive, teaching you the easy level poses and how to modify these poses to accomodate different levels of ability, improving your posture and flexability.

Beginners yoga also helps you destress your mind and relax the body to leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Private Yoga Sessions 

Private Yoga Sessions, delivered 1;1 in person or via video link.
 
Sessions are theraputically taylored to meet your specific need, through Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Breathwork practices. 

Private 1;1 sessions enable you to focus on specific goals, to expand your level of practive at your own pace. 

To increase confidence and self esteem. Yoga isn't about finding your toes, its about finding your soul. 

1;1 sessions are great for beginners, who are new to the practice and want to explore yoga before joining a class. 

1;1 classes are perfect if groups do not fit with your schedule.

Meditation,Breathwork & Relaxation  
More and more people are turning to breathwork and meditation practices to improve their physical and mental health. 
This is a calm and relaxing practice using a variety of ancient grounding, breathwork and meditation techniques.  Creating peace, balance and all round better health.

Yoga in Nature
A class that combines yoga with the soothing sound of nature designed to ground and connect. 

Benefits include increased fitness levels, building strength, increased flexibility and mobility for longevity of life. 

Yoga in nature is amazing, nature is our greatest healer, perfect for your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

All fitness levels welcome.

Mylife Energy Healing Massage. 

This beautiful 90 minute restorative massage starts with cleansing your aura, to restore balance within your energy field, followed by a deeply relaxing full body and facial massage, moving energy through your body using breathwork, sound, mantras and meditation. You will experince increased energy, vitality and an overall sence of balance and wellbeing. 

Stages of treatment

1.Auric Field Cleanse
Aura cleansing clears out stagnent or negative energy that may be be affecting your wellbeing. Purifying and balancing the energy field surrounding the body. Using methods of sound, meditation, oils , smudging and crystals. 

2.Facial massage 
Works deeply to release stored tension, soften ridged muscles and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Trauma, stress and emotions get stored in your muscles, fascia and nervous system. which show up as chronic tension in the neck and face. 

3.Full body massage 
This beautiful restorative full body massage is a hands on energy healing massage combined with a deep relaxing full body swedish massage. Through a sequence of moves we let go of stress, remove toxins and encourage lymphatic flow, restoring ease and circulation, soothing the mind and body.

Wellness Walks
Walking is a huge passion of mine and something i do everyday. 

We know going for a walk is good for us, and connection and communication is what we humans, need. 

We also know that mother nature is our greatest healer and therapist.

When we combine these elements together we empower people to take action to feel better.

I work with individual clients, couples and families, struggling with low mood, anxiety, depression, addiction, disorders, adhd, ageing, grief, loss, trauma and relationship issues.

Zen Retreat bookings are available from 2 hours to a full or half day retreat, depending on what you would like to add to the package. 

Zen Retreats offer mindfulness practise, nature walks, yoga, meditation, dance workshops, creative workshops and beautiful connection ceremonies. I will help you create the perfect balance for your group. 

Zen Retreats are available in Worcester, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.

Mylife Journey
I have worked in world of health and wellbeing for over 30 years. While the roles have evolved, my purpose has always been rooted in the same truth: we are here to grow, to feel, to heal, to connect, to create and to remember who we really are. 

Mylife journey hasn’t always been a peaceful one. I’ve walked through grief, challenge, and uncertainty. I’ve been through my own “rockslide moments”, the ones that shake you, stretch you, and ultimately shape you. 

These experiences, while painful, have been teachers too. What got me through was resilience, and returning, again and again, to myself, to my energy, to my visions, my hopes and my dreams of who i am and who i came here to be.

Creating chapters in Mylife with people, connections, the moon, exploring, nature, walking, yoga, meditation, astrology, music, joy, laughter, dancing, festivals, reading, plants, furniture restoration, nutrition, going to coffee shops for great coffee and homemade cake !! that is therapy in itself. 

Mylife is about sharing the practices, rituals and experiences that i have studied and practice daily, that have brought me to my path, Mylife purpose.
