In my classes, we flow with intention, we breathe with awareness, we honour the body as it is and we smile.
This class is for all levels, you don’t need to be flexible or experienced, you just need to be willing to show up. That’s where transformation begins.
My aim is to offer a space where you can simply be. A space to reconnect, to soften, and to explore who you are and have fun.
Yoga has taught me so much, not just the physical movement, but the deeper traditions, the wisdom that reminds us that everything is already within us. That we are each a unique expression of something much greater.
