Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga Is a deeply grounding and soothing style of yoga. Holding poses for several minutes at a time while focusing on the breath. Encouraging a state of calmness within the mind and the body. 

Yin improves and enhances flexibility and joint mobility. Holding these poses stimulates and removes blockages in the myofascial meridians (the energy systems) bringing balance to the organs in the body. Working deeply with connective tissues like fascia, tendons and ligaments. 

Yin practice improves mental clarity, concentration and emotional stability. Helping to relieve stress, anxiety, overthinking and feelig overwhelmed.

For me a Yin Yoga session is my therapy, its my weekly supervision, to ground and take time to check in with myself. It brings be back, it helps me to connect, to stretch my mind and body, to reset.
