A class that combines yoga and walking, designed to increase fitness levels, build strength, increase flexibility and mobility for longevity of life. 

Yoga in nature is amazing, nature is our greatest healer, perfect for your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

All fitness levels welcome. 

Wear suitable comfortable clothing and shoes, no mat needed for this class, bring water.
